One of the biggest IT centers in Romania is Timișoara, home of a great development industry and a growing entrepreneurship community. Radu Ticiu, director of the Timisoara Software Business Incubator, founder of the TiMoDev Group and involved in many other great initiatives, shares a few thoughts on Timișoara’s strategic geographic placement and tells the story of an interesting conference he attended in Budapest.
