The first speaker of the How To Web conference was Ramu Yalamanchi, the Hi5 founder. Ramu opened the first day of the conference with a presentation on Entrepreneurship & Building the Next Wave of Large-Scale Consumer Internet Businesses.

Some of the main ideas that Ramu shared through his speech were the following:

• Entrepreneurs are made, not born;
• Build a minimum desirable product to get valuable consumer feedback and understand the customer needs;
• Market timing is key (sometimes you can even be too early);
